EDGS India Care Foundation holds the registration/approval documents provided for 12A and 80G. Donations made to the Foundation may be eligible for income-tax deduction benefits for donors, subject to the applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, the validity of the approval and the donor's individual eligibility.
Donors should retain the official donation receipt and other required details for claiming the applicable tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor for advice specific to your tax return.
